ICME 2003
Thank you all for making ICME 2003 a wonderful success! More than 760 papers submitted to ICME 2003 from 52 countries; 440 were accepted for presentation in either oral or poster sessions. IEEE International Conference on Multimedia & Expo (ICME) is a major annual international conference organized with the objective of bringing together researchers, IT developers, and practitioners from academia and industry working in all areas in multimedia, custom web design and programming. The conference helps bring together employers and job seekers interested in IT Jobs and Programming Jobs. ICME serves as a forum for the dissemination of state-of-the-art research, development, and implementations of multimedia systems, technologies and applications.

Authors should submit a four-page manuscript in double-column format including authors' names, affiliations, and a short abstract. Only electronic submission will be accepted. Topics covered include but are not limited to the following:
